Leggings As Pants?

Alright, I admit it - I wear leggings as pants all the time. But always with a shirt long enough to cover my bum. But here we have the current "it" girl of every-day fashion, Pippa Middleton, rocking leggings as pants - with no long-hemmed shirt in sight.
